Foundations and Control Buildings

The quality of the foundation and concrete work in a project makes the difference in a job that looks first class or one that tends to have a sloppy appearance.  Placement of anchor bolts and other embedments is crucial if structures and equipment are to fit properly.  Special care must be taken when pouring oil containment pits to ensure that they do not leak. We have therefore developed crews which can do this work. We also work together with specialty contractors for such situations as where it is necessary to drill into rock to place drilled pier type foundations.

Similarly, there are a wide variety of control building designs available today. They range from traditional concrete block buildings to pre-engineered and pre-fabricated buildings with the electrical equipment installed at the factory.  Our crews have experience working with all types of building construction. We can either work with Owner supplied buildings, or if desired, we can design and build  to suit the Owner's needs.

Some examples of our building and foundation work are shown below.
